I have made an order but i have not receive any email from you. What should i do?

Do you reship orders?

Delivery time after shipping: USA - 12-16 days, Europe - 14-28 days, Asia - 4-8 days. The final delivery time depends on your country how fast work the local postal service in your country. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with track-code of your parcels.

Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
No, we do not require an adult signature for an orders. If you are not at home either a package will be dropped through a window or a notice left to pick the package up from a local post office.

What can I do if my package gets seized by customs?
If the customs seize your package (what happens in barely 1% of all cases), please follow these rules:
No need to worry, the recipient is not responsible for the contents!
You will receive a letter explaining that a delivery has been seized possibly due to illegal or forbidden substances in the package(depends on local laws).
You will be asked for explanation. You only need to claim that the delivery is not yours and was sent to you certainly by accident.
